[The A-F World Ep 5]

What?

I'm sorry, but after watching this about three times. I could not come up with any story or development for this episode. I suggest sincerely working on a story before animating anything. The story drives the animation.

It's a great piece of work, I laughed my ass off, shared it with my friends and roommates. We make references to this all the time

Come on man

Your animation was OKAY.

But the whole execution of this animation was absolutely poor. What were you trying to convey through this animation? because it really didn't go anywhere. To me, it sounded more like you just recorded something on the fly and animated to it without any backbone or structure.

Sorry man, this one was just dumb, no cleverness in this one, one bit.

Great animation

Great animation.

However, character interactions need to be improved. As a viewer I need to feel who the characters are and who they CAN be. This short, I had their 'styles' of who they are, thrown at me, which isn't good to do in film.

I find the comics to be wittier.

Something about yelling and chaos just doesn't work for me unless its well thought out.

Great work

I too use 3D Studio, this is great work that you have produced. Although the animation is still a little stiff.

You should look into the 12 basic principles of animation, read through them, acquire the knowledge and apply it, your animations will look AMAZING.

But all-in-all, your animation is great!

Thanks for the tip, also i was using the standard BIPED and has limitations. Now im learning advanced bone rigging and with that I would be able to make more interesting animation. I will investigate for the 12 principles

Kinda lost its luster

I'm sorry but Neurotically Yours has kind of lost its luster. It's just not the same as it used to be. It used to be witty, now it has gotten to the point of annoying just from Foamy's complaints alone. I say rethink where the series is going and how you want to implement it, or create a new series before this series becomes so stale that nobody no longer cares for it anymore. Much like the case of Joe Cartoon.
